Terms and Conditions of Use

Online Process Systems, as a provider of the Decision Making Modelling software application (hereafter, "the services") requires that you accept the following terms and conditions in order to use the services.

1. To provide access to the services, we collect the some data. You must accept our privacy policy to use the services and consent to the collection and storage, as appropriate, of that data.
2. These terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy, as published on the site, are the basis on which the services are offered. You must accept these terms and conditions and our privacy policy during registration. If you later refuse to accept these terms or policies, we will cancel your subscription and you may not access the services further.
3. The services are supplied by way of subscription. Subscription fees are collected each month (or other period based on subscription type you selected) by recurring billing to the credit/debit card you nominated at the time of registration. Subscription payments are collected by our payment processing partner. You consent to the collection and payment of these subscription fees in return for access to, and the use of, the services.
4. You may cancel your subscription using the options in the Manage Subscription section of the My Account menu of the services. Subscription cancellations take effect from the end of the billing period in which you cancel. We do not refund unused or pro-rate subscription payments.
5. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the services at the end of your paid subscription period. At the end of your subscription, we may delete, at our discretion, any data you have stored within the services.
6. We have no obligation to retain your Decision Making Modelling data or any other information arising from your use of the services once your subscription has ended.
7. You are responsible for your data within the services. You may use the functions of the services to view, edit and/or print your data. The services are not required to provide you with portable or discrete copies of your data as stored in the services, during your subscription, or after your subscription has ended, other than in accordance with regional privacy legislation.
8. The services do not provide mechanisms to download copies of the data you create in the services, for example, your Decision Making Modelling records. These data form part of the nature of the services offered, and are not transferrable outside of the services. Any records you create while using the services will be purged from the services once your subscription to the services ends.
9. Your username and password are the keys to access the services and any data you have stored in the services. You should never share your username and password with others.
10. Your username and password can be used to access the services from any number of web browsers or devices. However, you may not have more than one active session at the same time. We may elect to use software to enforce this restriction within key functions of the services.
